Quite often I have thought of you
and the many things that you do.
I sleep at night sometimes youre on my mind,
one night with you would be just fine.
Your eyes bright blue, are what I see,
I wonder, wonder, how it would be.
If I could see within your mind,
On twisted thorns I lay in wait
My crusading passion will not abate.
So much to like and admire
You set my heart ablaze on fire.
I want to know you, fall in the abyss,
then send you into heavenly bliss,
hear your words that ignite my desire,
Just one look would take me high.
The day short, the night long,
holding you close till the morning song,
These are my thoughts, what I fantasise,
You’re almost perfect in this one’s eyes
You travel far and wide.
I bide my time
But what is it that you hope to find,
when I am here, your one of a kind.
Or could it be that you are just a clone,
Of all those men that just want to be alone.
They tell their challenges at great heights,
Of their battle-scarred plight.
Shed that armour that’s clenched too tight,
It will suffocate your heart
Let me in, I can swim,
In those deep waters that
run deep within…
