I love my food and wine and my dreams are to travel more in Europe. Like most of us here in Australia, we don’t get the opportunity to take the time off and do the long  haul flight.  It was my birthday, so when I heard about Bistro Molines in the Hunter Valley, french cuisine, overlooking a valley of vineyards with a cellar door next door – I just had to experience it.  Click here to read my full review.
