Due to the outbreak of Covid 19, we all are facing a challenging time in the history of our World. We feel frustrated, depressed, scared and the number of people suffering from mental health issues has risen. I personally have struggled mentally over this past year. One thing I find helpful is being able to go for long walks outdoors and enjoy nature. I recently came across this video below.
